The Reset Hub is an educational, coaching-based self-support app. It offers reflection prompts, grounding practices, reset tools, and practical self-support content.
2. Not therapy or medical care
The Reset Hub is not therapy, diagnosis, medical treatment, psychiatric care, crisis support, or a substitute for professional care.
It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent burnout, anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, sleep disorders, or any medical or mental health condition.
3. Crisis and emergency situations
If you feel unsafe, are in crisis, or may harm yourself or someone else, do not rely on this app. Seek immediate support from emergency services, a crisis line, a licensed professional, a medical provider, or a trusted person in your country.
4. ADHD-like language
The Reset Hub may use ADHD-friendly or ADHD-like language to describe task paralysis, friction, unfinished-task patterns, or executive-function overwhelm. This does not mean the app diagnoses or treats ADHD.
5. Use at your own pace
The Reset Hub is designed for small steps. You do not need to complete every tool, and you should stop or seek support if any exercise feels unsafe, overwhelming, or unsuitable for you.
